Conversations: The left panel lists all visitor chat sessions. Unread messages are highlighted with a count badge.
Replying: Click a conversation to open it, then type your reply and press Enter or the send button. Your messages appear on the right side of the chat.
Deleting: Hover over a conversation in the left panel and click the trash icon to permanently delete the entire thread.
Offline Mode: To stop receiving live chats, go to Settings and toggle 'Chat Offline'. Visitors will be prompted to leave an email message instead.
